Complete Skill Drill Player Development

The Shadow Player Training System comes complete with easy to read colored diagrams and descriptions of each drill that trainers, coaches and players at all levels will easily understand.

All of the skill drills that are a part of the Shadow Player Training System show placement of the Drill Towers on the court and very specific ball and player movements for each drill.  Many of the drills are designed to help the player breakdown his/her defender and get to the hoop by aggressively attacking the basket and maneuvering around the Drill Towers (or Shadow Players), which is something ALL players need to do today.

As you view the various video skill drills, note that all drills should be reversed on the court so that both the left and right hands and both feet of the player are developed at an equal level for greater overall fundamental development. These skill drills are primarily for grade school, junior high and high school coaches and players that are serious about skill development.
